The dining room, wrapped in tall windows, sets the scene for long family dinners, while the sleek, fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances and a casual dining nook keeps everything easy and social. Outside, the BBQ station, bar, and open-air dining area make entertaining a breeze, with the pool and playground just steps away.

Bedrooms – King suites with terrace access for deep sleep and easy mornings

On this level, you’ll find four comfortable bedrooms: three with king-size beds that open to the terrace, and one with two double beds and a peaceful garden view – ideal for friends or kids. Each has its own ensuite bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet; one even offers an open-air shower where you can start your day surrounded by nature. All rooms feature Smart TVs, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space to make you feel at home.

Your stay includes personalized service and daily cleaning, with a dedicated housekeeper ensuring fresh linens, towels, and essentials so you can fully unwind and focus on what matters most – enjoying your time together.

Check-in is handled by me or my assistant. When you arrive, we’ll walk you through everything you need for a comfortable stay and share our favorite local tips on what to do and where to go, so you enjoy the very best of Punta Cana.

To prepare your access cards for the gated community, we kindly ask you to send us copies of the passports/IDs of all group members in advance. This way, your access cards will be ready upon check-in. Please note that you may also be asked to present an ID when entering the community for the first time.

For hygienic reasons, snorkeling gear is not provided.

We offer a range of extra services to make your stay even more enjoyable (subject to availability and additional charges), such as:

• Private chef service – USD 185 per day (includes preparation of 3 meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Grocery shopping can also be arranged for your convenience (20% service fee applies to bills over USD 500; for smaller amounts, the fee is USD 100 flat).
• Airport transfers from Punta Cana International (PUJ) or Santo Domingo (SDQ).
• In-villa spa treatments.
• Excursions: catamaran, snorkeling, fishing, zip lines, and more.
• Commercial photography or filming (upon prior agreement).

By making a reservation, you confirm and agree to the following:

• Primary Residence Requirement – You have a primary residence that is different from the accommodation address listed here.
• Temporary Stay Only – Your stay is exclusively for short-term or mid-term lodging purposes. The accommodation is not intended for permanent residence.
• Guest-Host Relationship – This booking does not create a landlord-tenant relationship. It is strictly a guest-host arrangement, following the rules and regulations for lodging services.
